Mr. Barnhart has been in the commercial real estate field since 1985. He has been associated with Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd. since 1997. He is a graduate of Duquesne University. Mr. Barnhart was awarded the PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute. Prior to joining Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd., Mr. Barnhart served as Vice President of Arnheim & Neely, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA and as Assistant Vice President of Sudler and Company in Chicago, IL. Mr. Barnhart was awarded Salesman of the Year with Arnheim and has been a multi-year member of Hallmark & Johnson Properties, Ltd. President's Club. Mr. Barnhart is also a member of Andron Epiphanon Fraternity, Society of Excellence for many years of top sales performance.
