Julius Cohn has been a licensed real estate broker since 1970.  He specializes in commercial, industrial, and income producing properties and has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions throughout the years.  In addition to being a top producing broker, Julius has served as the co-chairman of the Investment Marketing Forum for the North Side Real Estate Board.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Association of Realtors®.
