His area of expertise is Income Producing Real Estate, which encompasses the sale of apartment buildings, single-room occupancy hotels, shopping centers, and vacant land acquisitions for users, condo developers and major market single tenant franchisee’s. Lon has also been very successful in the exclusive listing and selling of office buildings, mid-range industrial properties, and direct marketing of condominium conversions.
